dhoni Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, websites and applications of dhoni. When a user accesses the dhoni website, creates an account, or uses the services in any way, they are considered to have fully read and accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any confusion arising from translation, the original English version shall be considered authoritative.

dhoni reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the services after any change is considered acceptance of the updated Terms. It is therefore the responsibility of members to review this page regularly.

To use dhoni's services, you must create a personal account. All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email, date of birth — must be true and accurate. Opening an account with false information is a violation of dhoni's Terms and may result in account suspension.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person is allowed a maximum of one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method is prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the dhoni support team immediately. The member is personally responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use of their account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dhoni may request necessary documents to verify a member's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document. Failure to submit documents within the specified time may put withdrawal processing on hold.

dhoni's services are only for persons aged 21 or above. Age will be properly verified at the time of registration. No services are available to minors, and if a user is confirmed to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately.

Parents are responsible for keeping their minor children away from online gambling activities. dhoni provides information on family protection measures to help parents.

The minimum deposit at dhoni is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is also ৳500. Payment methods currently available for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.1 Withdrawal Process

After a withdrawal request is verified, it is generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if identity verification or a security review is required, additional time may be needed. Withdrawals will be completed to the account used for the deposit and the registered payment method.

4.2 Source of Funds

Members must confirm that the source of funds they use is legitimate. Deposited money must be entirely the member's own, and using funds from any third party is prohibited. dhoni reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and suspend accounts where necessary.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on dhoni are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There is no facility to transact in foreign currencies.

dhoni offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms — in particular a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed from one account; the same person may not claim a bonus on multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If any misuse or manipulation related to bonuses is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Attempting to withdraw from the bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period and minimum deposit requirement.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly reload, slots bonus, cricket special, birthday gift and referral rewards — each of these promotions has its own terms, detailed on the relevant promotion page. dhoni reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

All gaming and betting activities on dhoni are conducted in accordance with set rules. If a technical fault occurs in any game, dhoni reserves the right to cancel or restart that round.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Any form of cheating, match-fixing or using software to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets artificially to obtain bonuses ("bonus abuse") is prohibited.
• Colluding with other members during play is prohibited.
• Using automated bots or scripts is prohibited.
• Contacting customer support with abusive or offensive language is prohibited.

6.2 Result Disputes

If there is a dispute over the result of any game, the dhoni support team must be notified within 72 hours. Complaints made after this period may not be accepted.

dhoni believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That is why following the responsible gaming guidelines is very important to us.

7.1 Self-Control Features

• Deposit limits: Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Time out: There is an option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Self-exclusion: You can request to have your account fully closed for a specified period.

dhoni may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Suspicious transactions or possible money laundering.
• Confirmed to be a minor.

Before closing an account, dhoni will try to give the member an opportunity to explain, but in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice. Any legitimate balance will generally be returned, but bonus balances may be forfeited.

8.1 Closing Your Own Account

Any member may close their own account. To do so, contact the support team and make the request. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will still be processed.

dhoni takes great care in protecting members' personal information. Details on how data is collected, stored and used can be found in our privacy policy. By registering, members are also considered to have accepted that policy.

dhoni uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure. Members' information is not sold to third parties — it may only be shared with specific authorities to meet legal obligations.

10.1 Right to Make Changes

dhoni may change any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be informed by email or site notification. Continuing to use the services after a change is considered acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

dhoni is not liable for compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to a technical fault, internet disruption or any other uncontrollable cause. However, in such situations, a reasonable resolution will be sought for any incomplete game rounds.
